At Prime Meeting Rooms we have two conference rooms that are available to rent out hourly or for the full day.
What is the difference between a conference room and a meeting room?
A conference room is typically larger and is used for conducting video conferencing or conference calls for outside members to attend the meeting, meanwhile a regular meeting room is not used for operating conference videos or calls. Prime Meeting Rooms offers both room choices.
What is in a conference room?
Usually office conference rooms have a large seating space with tables, as well as a TV and video conferencing equipment, and a phone with conference call capabilities. Prime Meeting Rooms, has a conference room with state-of-the-art videoconferencing equipment, a floor to ceiling whiteboard wall, telephone conference calling and a kitchen with complimentary snacks and beverages for guests.
