In 2006, Sonya Orme embarked on a mission to revolutionize the workspace industry by founding Prime Meeting Rooms. Her vision was crystal clear: to provide a haven for business owners and executives seeking the utmost in privacy, professionalism, and efficiency.

As a seasoned entrepreneur with three successful ventures in the medical device and real estate sectors under her belt, Orme understood the critical role of a well-appointed, adaptable workspace. With her unwavering mission in mind, Orme channeled her entrepreneurial spirit and acquired an ideal building nestled in the heart of Carlsbad’s bustling corporate district. This building underwent a remarkable transformation into a contemporary, sophisticated hub for workspace solutions, now known as Prime Meeting Rooms. It has rapidly risen to prominence as a premier provider of private meeting rooms, training rooms, conference rooms, and small meeting rooms in Northern San Diego County, catering to hundreds of clients annually.

Sinhai joined Prime Executive Offices(PEO) in June of 2019. She is a Humboldt State University(HSU) alumni where she earned her Bachelors in Business Administration and double-minored in Communication and Journalism. Prior to her role at PEO, she worked as a Marketing Intern for a local Humboldt non-profit and was the Life and Arts Editor for El Leñador, a bilingual student run publication at Humboldt State, where she discovered her love for writing and community outreach. As an eager and fast learner, she looks forward to working with new people and providing the upmost professional customer service. Outside of work, Sinhai loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring new hiking trails, camping, going to the beach and baking sweets.

Our great location in Carlsbad’s premier business park is approximately 7 minutes from the I-5 freeway with plenty of free parking for you and your guests.Prime office solutions include 24/7 security access to the premises, customizable phone service, phone equipment and personalized telephone answering. All tenants enjoy, at no extra cost, features such high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, full-service mail handling, package notification, and use of a copier-printer-scanner. This is in addition to such no-cost office comforts such as air conditioning, heat, electrical and janitorial services.
